Much like the movie Office Space, Andrew Holian quit his office job to become a construction project manager. But instead of a typical job site he’s been installing the coolest materials on the planet in his own home. After facing health challenges and growing concerns about their young child's future, the Holian family decided to take action. We joined forces with them to transform their existing block home into a haven of comfort, health, and natural light—one that will thrive even during Phoenix's most extreme weather.

In our Good Design process, clients guide the aesthetic choices while we help shape spaces that truly support their lifestyle. We guide them away from problematic materials and toward truly good materials. With our decades of expertise in the technical elements of construction, we provide detailed plans that help ensure permitting goes smoothly and we stay involved during construction to make sure the builders get it right. For projects that especially inspire us we can even step in as your Good Builder.
