Good Building Score: 48

Recommendation: Nopal Favorite

Pro Clima’s best airtightness tape for windows: vapor variable, non-toxic, flexible, and sticks to everything.

Windows are the weak point of any building shell and the interface between building and window is the weak spot of any window install. Many typical builds brush over this area and fill it full of foam and caulking, increasing the vulnerability of the weakest point.

If you’re unsure of the exact moisture dynamics going on in your climate and install, you live in a mixed climate (like the Sonoran Desert) or you just want to be extra safe, this is the tape for you.

It’s essentially a Vapor Variable Membrane with nice stretch and super sticky once pressure activated.
